At Gradan Homes, we recognise the importance of supporting positive mental health and creating opportunities for our team to take a break from the demands of everyday work.
To mark World Mental Health Awareness Week, our office team enjoyed lunch together before heading out for an afternoon walk around Carr Mill Dam and Sankey Valley.
Spending time outdoors gave everyone the chance to switch off, enjoy some fresh air, and connect with colleagues away from the workplace. Simple activities like these can have a positive impact on wellbeing, helping to reduce stress, improve mood, and strengthen team relationships.
Supporting mental health isn’t just about one week of the year—it’s about encouraging an open, supportive culture where everyone feels comfortable speaking up and looking out for one another.
At Gradan Homes, we’re proud to promote wellbeing across our team and believe that taking care of our mental health is just as important as taking care of our physical health.
Always speak up—your mental health matters.
