Our vision is to carefully restore this iconic building, creating 18 high-quality apartments while preserving its character and heritage. Alongside the renovation, we also plan to develop a brand-new five-storey apartment building on the adjoining land, providing a further 33 modern apartments. Together, the development will deliver 51 thoughtfully designed one and two-bedroom homes in the heart of St Helens town centre.
