The Project
In collaboration with St. Helens council, we at Gradan have developed a 40-unit new build residential estate consisting of 23 apartments, 16 semi-detached houses and a bungalow. The project involved the demolition of the old Parr Fire Station in St. Helens.
Location
This scheme is based on the old fire station site in Parr, St Helens. The site has great transport links and is less than 5 minutes walk from a whole host of shops within Fingerpost Shopping Centre.
Demand & Support
At Gradan, we have recognised the potential of this property to address the needs of individuals with complex care requirements. We are working with CIC and Golden Lane housing on this project.
