At Gradan Homes, we are proud to be contributing to the ongoing regeneration of St Helens with an exciting development that will breathe new life into one of the town’s most recognisable historic landmarks — The Raven Lodge.

Our plans will carefully restore the historic building, creating 18 high-quality apartments while retaining and celebrating its distinctive character and heritage.

Alongside the restoration, we are developing a new five-storey apartment building on the adjoining site, providing a further 33 modern apartments. Together, the development will deliver 51 thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom homes in the heart of St Helens town centre.

This development represents our commitment to investing in St Helens and supporting the continued transformation of the town centre. By combining the sensitive restoration of an important historic building with high-quality new construction, we aim to create homes that respect the area’s past while meeting the needs of modern town-centre living.
